I'm bidding on some of Dane's games up for sale on eBay, just to be silly. He insists he'll make me pay shipping. Pff, yeah right!

Final Fantasy XIV (PC): Got Cinnaris to PUG 16 and his physical level to 19. Slowly but surely! Did some leves outside of Ul'dah, just for the change of pace.

Mirror's Edge (iPhone): Did a brief run of a few levels. Pretty fun, actually! A fast action side-scroller, seems to capture the same feel of the game. Maybe I'll keep at it, but it's hard to focus on portables!

World of Warcraft (PC): Not a whole ton. Actually did not do Argents today, but did several quests in the Twilight Highlands, opening the portal to and from Stormwind, as well as getting over 50% toward L85.

There were a couple isolated Blackscale naga quests that we picked up, and despite my initial attempts at getting out of doing them, Tam actually started, and only killed the males, even retreating from female naga aggro. Since Tam was nice enough to try and meet me halfway on the whole naga thing, I assisted in defeating the males (even though she insisted on doing an extra one to make up for the one I missed), and again assisted in putting the females temporarily to sleep to allow for our escape.

So not a bad deal at all, and pretty thoughtful of her, even though I'm half-tempted to just abandon the quests entirely, tee-hee. We'll see what happens when we get to the next set of naga quests here!

Today was Chinese and Design Concepts for Websites... interesting, but Chinese is hard! Lots of weird overlap with Japanese, but in an arbitrary way. Like the same symbols mean "man" in both languages, but the pronunciation is entirely different. Then, the word for tea uses a different symbol, however, this time the pronunciation is the same! Argh!

Final Fantasy XIV (PC): Rang bells, then did a leve on Cinnaris. Went to get a second Retainer, and in typical SE-asinine fashion, different templates appear in different cities. So I had to warp to Ul'dah just to get the one I wanted. I took a Duskwright Elezen with gray skin and named her "Lamianumbertwo." D'oh ho ho, XI humor!

Oddly, Tam said the Raimille template looked more my style - a Wildwood Elezen with dark skin and blonde hair and goggles, almost ganguro-style. Hmm...

Mirror's Edge (iPhone): Just did the very first area, having discussed Mirror's Edge with Patti earlier! Eventually I'll play through the console one. Really neat to hear the theme song "Still Alive" playing. I'm still getting used to hearing CD-quality audio, music and voice on portables!

World of Warcraft (PC): Finished up my Argent stuff for Exodar, then hit up Uldum with Tam. There was a Katamari-esque rolling ball quest that ended up causalities in the quadruple digits for the bad guys, and some more Jones-esque Schnotz (read: Nazi parody) quests that weren't too bad. I saved another Blood Elf much to Tam's chagrin, too, and Icon, the guild we're gonna leave, hit L3, and before crashing after WWE Raw I got Master Flying, which really isn't as much of an increase as I had hoped. Oh well!
